Beyond the blueprint: roadmap update

After exploring the development strategy for the game project «Red Line», we move to the key element of this discussion — a detailed development plan.

We believe that any project requires a healthy balance between closed development and regular public disclosure of its direction and progress.

Today’s update to the project’s website introduces functionality not only for tracking progress but also for peeking behind the scenes of the development process.

New features

Today we are launching the initial version of the current roadmap. Here you will find regularly updated key objectives, ongoing tasks and works, as well as completed project stages.

Additionally, this new section on project’s website will feature unique development process materials: notes on technical solutions, early sketches, and details of upcoming updates.

Finding the roadmap page is quite straightforward.

Head to the top main menu and hover over “Red Line” item.

In the dropdown menu, select the “Roadmap”, which will take you to the new roadmap page.

Past, Present and future

We’ve designed the roadmap page with two key goals: making information easy to understand and visually engaging.

To help you stay up to date, all project development stages are displayed chronologically. As we move forward with the project, our team regularly categorizes completed work into corresponding progress branches.

Each branch has its own color and purpose, described below:

This section includes ongoing tasks approved within the current development plan. Most of them are transferred from the gray branch.

We hope that the introduction of the roadmap will not only allow to see the current status but also help you assess the progress of the “Red Line” game project in a clear and uncluttered format.

Best regards, Red Line team.
